My name is Aaron Davies,
I was the typical kid growing up into all sports, but had a love for football (soccer) and boxing.
Because I was always doing something I was always hungry and ate everything, but never had enough so my family would call me " the bin ".
As I got older I found all the bad stuff and started drinking and smoking pretty much every weekend, I did still play football but it wasnt really my priority, I then became the weekend millionaire, I'm sure some would recognise, I got paid on friday give my parents rent money, go out friday and saturday, on sunday ask for rent money back so could go out sunday ( skint ) till next friday.
Started to gain weight, then around 2000-2001 had a car accident which resulted in me having a full hip replacement. After that, I ballooned to the heaviest I have ever been. So with that, decided to start training because I wasnt comfortable in my own skin. I found a love for training and started reading everything I could, I started to learn a little about nutrition and changed the way I looked, so much so I decided to compete in a bodybuilding show.
After that I knew I found my passion and people said to me you should make a career in fitness. So I did just that, got qualified as a fitness instructor, then as a personal trainer.
Since then learnt so much more than just basic anatomy and nutrition, I began to strive to keep up to date with the latest research and keep learning and applying to mine and my clients training.
Throughout the years I've tried most, if not all the diets, and found that the secret is... there is no secret, make small sustainable changes and they will make big differences.
However your body is now, it took your whole life to get here ! so to make changes, it takes effort, hard work, consistency and time.
I am 38 now so know very well the changes 30 makes to you, but also understand how frustrating it can be when your body acts one way and you mind is telling you another.
It's also when you hit and pass 30 we realise that alot of the habits we had in our teens and twenties dont work anymore and we have to be more conscious of what we eat and work a little harder to stay in shape.
Well My goal is to help as many people as I can to get and stay in shape with a better quality of life by creating the best versions of themselves no matter their age, ability or belief system quite literally fitness for every walk of life!
You owe it to yourself to invest time into yourself so you can be the best and fittest version of you for you family.
